How to Add a Password

Select a Category

Click on a category (folder) in the left panel to select where to store the password.

Click Add Password

Click the Add Password button in the top right.

Enter Password Details

  • Name (required): Descriptive name (e.g., “GitHub Personal”)
  • Username: Login username or email
  • Password: The secret password (use the generator for strong passwords)
  • URL: Website login URL
  • Notes: Additional information
  • Tags: Optional tags for organization

Save

Click Save. The password is encrypted and stored securely.
Click the dice icon to generate a strong random password. You can customize length and include/exclude uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols.

How to Organize with Categories

Categories (folders) help organize passwords into logical groups. You can create nested categories for deeper organization. Create a category:
  1. Click the + icon next to “Categories” in the left panel
  2. Enter a category name
  3. Optionally select a parent category to create nested folders
Rename or delete: Right-click on any category for rename/delete options. Drag and drop: Drag categories to reorganize the folder structure.
Deleting a category also deletes all passwords inside it and any nested subcategories.

How to Use Tags

Tags provide cross-category organization. A password can have multiple tags. Create a tag:
  1. Click the + icon next to “Tags” in the left panel
  2. Enter a name and pick a color
Filter by tag: Click any tag in the sidebar to filter passwords. Select multiple tags for combined filtering. Add tags to passwords: When creating or editing a password, select tags from the dropdown.

How to Move Passwords

Move passwords between categories to reorganize your vault.

Select Password

Click on a password to open the actions menu, or click the row’s dropdown menu.

Choose Move to Folder

Select Move to Folder from the dropdown menu.

Select Destination

Choose the target category from the folder tree.

Confirm

Click Move. The password is relocated to the new category.
You cannot move passwords that were shared with you by others.

How to Share a Password

Share passwords securely with team members.

Select Password

Click on a password to open its details panel.

Click Share

Click the Share button or select Share from the dropdown menu.

Select Users

Search and select team members to share with.

Confirm

Click Share. Recipients can view the password in their “Shared with Me” section.
Shared passwords appear in the “Shared with Me” virtual folder for recipients. The original owner maintains full control and can revoke access anytime.

How to Revoke Shared Access

Remove a user’s access to a shared password.

Open Password Details

Select the password you want to manage sharing for.

View Shared Users

In the details panel, see the list of users the password is shared with.

Remove Access

Click the remove icon next to the user’s name to revoke their access.

How to Delete Multiple Passwords

Delete multiple passwords at once using bulk selection.

Select Passwords

Use the checkboxes on the left side of each row to select multiple passwords.

Click Delete

The Delete button appears in the toolbar showing the count of selected items.

Confirm

Confirm the deletion. This action cannot be undone.

How to Import Passwords

Import existing passwords from KeePass or other password managers.

Export from Source

Export your passwords as a KDBX file from your current password manager.

Click Import

Click the Import button (upload icon) in the toolbar.

Upload File

Select the KDBX file and enter its master password.

Complete Import

Passwords are imported into an “Imports” category, preserving the original folder structure.
Only .kdbx files are supported. Other formats need to be converted to KDBX first.

How to Export Passwords

Export all passwords to a KDBX file for backup or migration.

Click Export

Click the Export button (download icon) in the toolbar.

Download File

A KDBX file downloads automatically.

Save Master Password

A temporary password is displayed. Save it to open the exported file.
The export password is shown only once. Store it securely before closing the dialog.

How to Copy a Password

  • Quick copy: Click the copy icon next to any password in the list
  • From details: Open the password details panel and click the copy icon

Troubleshooting

  1. Select a category from the left panel first
  2. Check if you have tag filters active (clear them)
  3. Try the search box to find specific passwords
  • You must select a category first (virtual folders like “Shared with Me” don’t allow adding)
  • You need write permission for Keyrings
Only the owner can edit shared passwords. Passwords shared with you are read-only.
You cannot move passwords that were shared with you. Only the original owner can move them.
  1. Verify the file has a .kdbx extension
  2. Ensure you entered the correct master password
  3. The file may be corrupted - try exporting again from the source
The PGP key may need to be re-initialized. Try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, contact your administrator.
