How to Change Organization Name

Open Organization Settings

Go to Settings → Organization.

Update Name

Edit the Organization Name field.
  • Minimum 2 characters
  • Maximum 255 characters

Save

Click Save Changes. The page will reload with the new name.

How to Require Two-Factor Authentication

Enforce 2FA for all users in your organization.

Open Organization Settings

Go to Settings → Organization.

Enable 2FA Requirement

In the Security Settings section, toggle Require Two-Factor Authentication on.
When enabled, all users will be required to set up TOTP-based two-factor authentication on their next login.
Disable the toggle anytime to remove the 2FA requirement. Users who already set up 2FA can continue using it.

How to Delete an Organization

Open Organization Settings

Go to Settings → Organization.

Go to Danger Zone

Scroll to the Danger Zone section.

Delete

Click Delete Organization and confirm by typing the organization name.
Deleting an organization permanently removes all data including clusters, pipelines, users, and configurations. This cannot be undone.
You cannot delete your default organization. Set another organization as default first.

Troubleshooting

You need the iam:tenant:iam:tenant:write permission. Contact your administrator.
  • You cannot delete your default organization
  • You need the iam:tenant:iam:tenant:delete permission
  • Verify you have edit permissions
  • Check if there’s a network issue and try again

No. The Organization ID is a permanent unique identifier assigned when the organization was created.
All users will be prompted to set up two-factor authentication on their next login. They won’t be able to access the platform until 2FA is configured.
