How to Access Integrations

Go to Settings → Integrations You’ll see tabs for each integration type you have permission to view.

Common Features

All integrations share these capabilities:
  • Add/Edit/Delete - Manage multiple instances per integration type
  • Health Check - Test connectivity to verify configuration
  • SSL Verification - Enable or disable SSL certificate validation
  • Active/Inactive - Enable or disable integrations without deleting

Default Instance

Each integration type can have one default instance (marked with a star). The default instance is used when no specific instance is specified in operations.

Troubleshooting

You need the corresponding read permission for that integration. Contact your administrator.
  1. Verify the host URL is correct and accessible
  2. Check if credentials (token/password) are valid
  3. Ensure network connectivity from ShiftLabs to the service
  4. If using SSL, verify the certificate is valid or disable SSL verification
